Our Return Promise
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order for most items (see exceptions below). Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and in original packaging.
Please Note:
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on sleeveless dresses and v-neck dresses

Exchange Policy
Prefer a different size or style? We’re happy to exchange your item for another from our collection of bodycon, long sleeve, or off-the-shoulder dresses. Simply follow the return process above and specify your exchange preference in your email.
Note: Exchanges are subject to availability. If your desired item is out of stock, we’ll process a refund instead.
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
